10 Ton Digital Consulting (“10 Ton,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at https://10ton.net. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or contact us, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your information. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We collect only what we need to operate our business and respond to your inquiries.
We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly and information collected automatically.
Information you provide directly includes anything you submit through our contact form or client intake form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, project goals, website URL, and any other details you choose to share. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether an engagement is a good fit.
Information collected automatically includes data gathered by Google Analytics 4 when you visit our site. This may include your approximate location (city or region level), browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and how you arrived at our site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use it to understand how visitors use our site and to improve our content.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:
We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails, sell you anything you did not ask about, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We do not collect payment information of any kind. We do not collect social security numbers, government identification, or sensitive personal data. We do not collect information from children under 13. Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized data about site usage. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information. They help us understand traffic patterns, page performance, and general visitor behavior.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by configuring your browser to block third-party cookies. Opting out does not affect your ability to use our site.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media tracking scripts, or any other third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics.
Information you submit through our forms is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connections and delivered to our email inbox. We do not store form submissions in a database. Once your inquiry is received, it exists only in our email system.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information you submit.
We use the following third-party services in connection with operating our website:
We do not use social media plugins, advertising networks, affiliate tracking scripts, or any other third-party data collection service beyond those listed above.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority. Outside of legal compulsion, your information is not shared with anyone outside of 10 Ton Digital Consulting.
You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to request correction of any inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at design@10ton.net. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is no opt-out required for sale of data. To submit a request under the CCPA, contact us at design@10ton.net.
We retain contact and intake form submissions in our email system for as long as the associated client relationship or potential relationship is active. If no engagement follows an inquiry, we do not retain your information beyond our normal email retention period.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months as configured in our GA4 property settings. After 14 months, user-level data is automatically deleted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the services we use.
